Here are the rules for playing the United States GA-ME:
(1) You must change one word into another by using the states' abbreviations listed in the box below.
(2) Each starting word and ending word is made up of two postal abbreviations.
(3) Your goal is to begin with the starting word and replace one abbreviation per step with another on the list, until you end up with the second word.
(4) Each successive step must spell a word.

For example, you could move from MIME to WAIL as follows:
MI-ME, LA-ME, LA-ND, WA-ND, WA-IL.
