Glacier Bay National Park is located in southeast Alaska west of Juneau.

The Park is named for its abundant tidewater and terrestrial glaciers, numbering 1,045 in total. There are seven tidewater glaciers in the park and we visited two of them on our cruise: Margerie Glacier and Lamplugh Glacier.

Pops visited Glacier Bay National Park with his daughter Elizabeth in July 2026.
